Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, as well as manage organizational policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing HR strategies, managing employee training programs, handling performance appraisals, and fostering a supportive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include addressing employee concerns, maintaining HR records, and leading initiatives for employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Experience in Organizational Policy Development and Labor Law Compliance
• Proficiency in Employee Training and Development, Performance Management, and Team Leadership
• Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a Human Resources management role is preferred
• Familiarity with HR software and tools for record-keeping and data management
• Understanding of immigration policies and procedures is a plus
