Role Description The Visa Filing Officer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications for clients pursuing immigration, study, or visitor opportunities. The role requires attention to detail, understanding of immigration procedures, and coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions. Responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end visa filing process for various countries Collect, verify, and organize client documents for visa submission Coordinate with embassies, VFS centers, and consultants for timely application submissions Guide applicants on document requirements, timelines, and visa procedures Maintain accurate filing records for each visa case Ensure compliance with the latest immigration regulations and company standards Follow up with clients, internal teams, and authorities for any missing or pending documents
