About You

The role also involves working closely with the APAC HR team to support regional initiatives and collaborating with internal stakeholders, to strengthen employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.



What You Do

HR Operations & Payroll

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing in coordination with finance and external payroll partners.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Income Tax, etc.) and maintain all related documentation.
  • Maintain and regularly update HR policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations and regional frameworks.
  • Oversee employee data management, HR systems, and documentation accuracy.

Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Partner with internal teams and the communication agency to execute internal engagement and cultural initiatives.
  • Support employee recognition programs, events, and communication campaigns.

HR Coordination & Support

  • Serve as a key point of contact for HR-related queries and employee support.
  • Collaborate with APAC HR colleagues on cross-market programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in HR audits, reporting, and other key operational deliverables.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and enhance employee experience.
  • Support the implementation of HR tools and automation for greater efficiency.


What You Offer

  • MBA in human resources
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 4–6 years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations and payroll management.
  • Sound understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a regional or matrix environment (preferred).
