The Role We are looking for a designer with about 3-4 years of experience to join our growing creative practice in India. Located in Delhi this role will expose you to work across clients and demands that you be able to deliver across formats – while also pushing the creative agenda forward. You will be expected to report to the program manager and work with this person and the team to ensure high quality and timely delivery Qualifications: Strong graphic design skills – Expertise in Illustrator and Photoshop 3-4 years of relevant experience in design Demonstrated capabilities in multiple visual formats Experience of working with Digital/PR agency preferred Flexibility to work long hours when needed and to tight deadlines Ability to work in a team Creative ideation capabilities Good to have Video editing skills - Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects Good grasp of the English language and written language skills Would love to work with someone who has additional hobbies / interests as -well that they follow passionately What You Can Expect: -Leave entitlement under various heads, up to 32 days /year. -2 duvet days/year (unscheduled absence when you just want play or sleep all day!) -Highly competitive salary -Accidental & Health Insurance Archetype is committed to setting a standard for other agencies by fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
