With 25+ years of expertise, a team of 40 professionals, and four branch offices, Greendot has delivered measurable results for 1000+ clients across industries like chemical, pharma, textile, packaging, and engineering.We are now looking for a dynamic HR Manager to strengthen our people systems and support our growth journey.Role DescriptionThe HR Manager will be responsible for building and managing end-to-end HR processes to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent. The role requires balancing strategic HR leadership with day-to-day operations, ensuring a performance-driven, learning-oriented, and employee-friendly culture at Greendot.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. Develop and execute recruitment strategies for consultants, trainers, sales, and support roles.. Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.. Build employer brand through social media, campus hiring, and referral programs.2. Performance Management & Development. Implement KPI/KRA systems aligned with Greendot’s consulting and training deliverables.. Conduct quarterly performance reviews, feedback, and development plans.. Support managers in coaching and capability building.3. Training & Learning Culture. Partner with senior consultants to design internal training programs on Lean, ISO, and professional skills.. Create and manage Learning & Development (L&D) calendar.. Track training ROI and employee skill enhancement.4. Employee Engagement & Retention. Build a high-engagement culture through events, recognition programs, and communication forums.. Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and action plans.. Drive initiatives to reduce attrition and improve team collaboration.5. HR Operations & Compliance. Oversee HR policies, payroll inputs, leave & attendance, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments).. Maintain HRMS and employee records with accuracy.. Ensure compliance with labour laws and ISO 9001 HR requirements.6. Strategic HR & Organization Development. Partner with leadership on workforce planning and succession planning.. Support organizational change, restructuring, and growth strategies.. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA / PGDM in HR, IR, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR (preferably in consulting, training, or professional services firms).
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, HRMS, and modern HR practices.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
