Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage daily operations within the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role involves implementing HR strategies to ensure employee engagement, conducting performance evaluations, managing payroll and benefits, and supporting leadership in creating a productive work environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Building strategies
• Proficiency in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
• Knowledge of HR Compliance, Labor Laws, and Policy Development
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools for data management and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or certifications like PHR/SPHR will be considered an advantage
• Experience in manufacturing or service-related industries is a plus
