About the Company:

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll & Attendance Management

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records.
• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure smooth induction of new hires.

3. HR Operations & Employee Engagement

• Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and HR dashboards.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
• Support performance appraisal processes and policy implementation.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain HR MIS reports, documentation, and statutory registers.

5. Excel & Reporting

• Prepare HR reports, attendance sheets, and payroll data using

  Microsoft Excel

  (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance management, and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
