Job Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor metro track work projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Lead site teams and supervise activities related to slab track and ballastless track systems.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, technical standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and project reporting.
• Manage project documentation, billing, and approvals.
• Handle procurement planning in coordination with the purchase and logistics teams.
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality control and testing procedures are implemented and followed.
• Liaise with government/statutory authorities for required permissions and inspections

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:

  B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution (mandatory).

• Experience:

  Minimum 15 years of experience in the infrastructure sector with a strong background in

  metro or railway track construction

  .
• At least

  8 years of experience in slab track works

  and

  5 years of experience as in-charge of ballastless or ballast track systems

  .
• Proven track record in managing large-scale metro or railway projects in urban environments.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience working with international contractors or metro rail corporations (e.g., DMRC, MMRC, etc.).
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with FIDIC/contractual procedures in infrastructure projects.

Commensurate with industry standards and based on experience and qualifications.
