Junior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly

  attendance records

  .
• Assist in

  PF (Provident Fund)

  documentation, submissions, and employee queries.
• Coordinate with employees for data collection, documentation, and basic HR queries.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports using

  Excel

  .
• Support the onboarding process by collecting documents and coordinating with new hires.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR data entry and documentation.
• Assist in administrative tasks and general coordination within the HR department.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of

  MS Excel

  (mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

Should be comfortable for six days working.
