Job Description

Location: Ghitorni (South Delhi) Experience: 0–2 years Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support the HR department in managing attendance, maintaining PF (Provident Fund) records, coordinating with employees, and handling basic HR operations. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly attendance records . Assist in PF (Provident Fund) documentation, submissions, and employee queries. Coordinate with employees for data collection, documentation, and basic HR queries. Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports using Excel . Support the onboarding process by collecting documents and coordinating with new hires. Ensure timely and accurate HR data entry and documentation. Assist in administrative tasks and general coordination within the HR department. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0–2 years of relevant HR experience preferred. Strong knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Compensation: 20,000 PM – 25,000 PM Should be comfortable for six days working.
