The Jr. HR Executive will be responsible for supporting HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and contributing to overall HR management. Daily responsibilities include providing administrative support, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also requires assisting in the development of HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations Experience in Employee Relations and handling workplace dynamics efficiently Understanding of HR Policies and ability to ensure compliance within the organization Sound knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Experience with HR management software or tools is an advantage
