Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage time and attendance policy, daily tracking, and monthly attendance reports.
  • Maintain and process employee leave records and approvals.
  • Maintain and update employee master data records in HR systems/files.
  • Assist in calling and scheduling candidates for open positions.
  • Handle HR documentation, including joining formalities, filing, and record updating.
  • Assist in daily HR operations and coordination as required.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of attendance & leave management.
  • Understanding of HR data management and record handling.
  • Basic experience in recruitment coordination.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel and documentation work.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
