We’re on the lookout for a Client Relations Executive (CRE) to join our growing team! 🌟 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: 📦 Coordinate with officers for Site & PO (Purchase Order) 📐 Collaborate with project team for Measurements 📄 Prepare Estimates and get Client Approvals 🏭 Create Job Cards/PITFs to initiate production 🤝 Liaise with execution & officer teams for smooth operations ✅ Organize and ensure Third-Party Inspections (TPI) 🧪 Discuss new products with production & officers 📸 Ensure Installation Pics & Certificates are collected post-completion 🕒 Handle timely Warranty Documentation 📊 Prepare and get approval on Final Job Sheets 💳 Coordinate with Accounts for Invoicing 🌐 Upload invoices to portals and dispatch physical copies 📞 Follow up on Payments and Job Card Closure 🛠️ Address Client Complaints/Queries across platforms 🧭 Visit client offices for meetings and explore new business opportunities (Signages, RVI, Solar, Fabrication) 🎓 Preferred Qualification: ✅ B.Tech (Mechanical) – Strong understanding of technical coordination is a plus! 👤 What You’ll Bring: Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills Experience in project/site coordination (Signage or Fabrication is a bonus!)
