Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Pune. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with our members and clients, ensuring every request is handled with precision, speed, and premium service standards.

You will be responsible for:

* Managing and fulfilling bespoke lifestyle requests across travel, dining, events, experiences, luxury goods, gifting, charters, and more

* Coordinating with vetted partners and premium vendors to deliver seamless experiences

* Maintaining high service satisfaction through timely communication and proactive support

* Understanding client preferences and anticipating needs for elevated service delivery

* Managing confidential client information with discretion

* Identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and loyalty

* Upholding Lafayette's service standards and ensuring consistent brand-aligned communication

This role requires a polished communication style, a resourceful problem-solving approach, and strong organizational discipline. You will work in close alignment with internal teams to ensure flawless execution across all service verticals.

Qualifications:

* Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and client-servicing skills

* Strong organizational ability and time management discipline

* Ability to coordinate effectively with luxury vendors and partners

* Problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail

* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive client information

* Experience using CRM systems and digital workflow tools

* Prior experience in luxury, lifestyle management, hospitality, aviation, travel concierge, or premium client service roles is an advantage

* Graduate degree in hospitality management, business administration, communications, or a related field preferred

* Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
