HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage the
entire recruitment lifecycle
— from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle
joining formalities, induction programs
, and ensure smooth employee integration.
Oversee
daily HR operations
, maintaining efficiency and compliance.
Develop and implement
HR policies
aligned with company culture and values.
Manage
attendance, leave records
, and ensure timely documentation.
Drive the
performance management process
and support managers in evaluations.
Plan and execute
employee engagement initiatives
to foster a positive workplace culture.
Support
admin activities
, vendor coordination, and office management as required.

Skills & Qualifications

1–4 years of relevant HR experience,
preferably in an advertising or creative agency
.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and presentation
skills.
Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities

Hands-on experience with
recruitment, onboarding, and engagement programs
.
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, creative environment.
