As a Team Lead in Motion Graphics, Video & Animation, you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring a creative team to achieve new heights in storytelling and execution. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of motion artists, video editors, and scriptwriters, elevating the standards of creativity and professionalism within the team. - AI + Creativity: Implement AI-powered workflows in video creation, from scripting to storyboarding to final delivery, maintaining a balance of 90% AI and 10% traditional magic. - Creative Direction: Conceptualize and oversee the production of various video content such as reels, case studies, and product launches for both B2B and B2C clients. - Old-School Strengths: Utilize traditional tools like After Effects and Premiere alongside AI-driven storytelling techniques to create impactful visual narratives. - Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copy, design, brand, and strategy, working closely with leadership to bring integrated creative ideas to life. - Innovation: Stay updated on global trends, experiment with new techniques, and set industry benchmarks for creative storytelling. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ years of experience in motion graphics, video, animation, and AI-driven workflows. - Strong background in production house experience either working in or with one. - Demonstrated leadership skills in managing creative teams effectively. - Proficiency in animation and editing tools along with a comfort level in using AI tools. - Strong storytelling abilities with excellent visualization and ideation skills.
