This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in:
✅ Key Responsibilities✔️ Managing end-to-end hiring cycle – sourcing, screening, shortlisting & coordination
✔️ Interview scheduling, follow-ups, salary negotiation & offer closure
✔️ Maintaining candidate tracker, database & recruitment MIS
✔️ Joining formalities & onboarding support
✔️ Attendance tracking and employee data management
✔️ Basic HR documentation & HR operations support
✔️ Coordination with payroll team, PF/ESIC documents, KYC, bank forms, etc.
✔️ Good communication & coordination skills
✔️ Graduate or MBA in HR
✔️ Must be comfortable with MS Excel & recruitment portals
