Product Promotion & Technical Consultation· Provide technical expertise on sterilization reels, chemical indicators, and cleanroom safety wear.· Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations to clients.· Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitors’ activities.3. Customer Relationship Management· Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.· Resolve customer concerns proactively and collaborate with internal teams for effective solutions.· Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies tailored to key clients.4. Market Intelligence & Reporting· Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software.· Provide regular reports on key account performance and forecast sales projections.Qualifications & Skills:· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. and MBA in marketing· 3-7 years of sales experience in key account management, preferably in medical devices, sterilization products, or pharmaceutical supply chain.· Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare institutions.· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.· Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
