Job Summary:The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with pharmaceutical sterile & injectable manufacturing plants. This role involves developing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through targeted account management.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business DevelopmentĀ· Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets for sterilization reels, chemical indicators, and related sterility assurance products.Ā· Develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.Ā· Generate and follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.2. Product Promotion & Technical ConsultationĀ· Provide technical expertise on sterilization reels, chemical indicators, and cleanroom safety wear.Ā· Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations to clients.Ā· Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitors’ activities.3. Customer Relationship ManagementĀ· Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Ā· Resolve customer concerns proactively and collaborate with internal teams for effective solutions.Ā· Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies tailored to key clients.4. Market Intelligence & ReportingĀ· Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.Ā· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software.Ā· Provide regular reports on key account performance and forecast sales projections.Qualifications & Skills:Ā· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. and MBA in marketingĀ· 3-7 years of sales experience in key account management, preferably in medical devices, sterilization products, or pharmaceutical supply chain.Ā· Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare institutions.Ā· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ā· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Ā· Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
