As a Regional Sales Manager at Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd. (YCS), formerly eZee Technosys, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the company's expansion and driving revenue growth in the Mexican market. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the sales efforts in collaboration with the Mexico & India Sales teams to achieve the Go-To-Market (GTM) target. - Maintaining strong control over HubSpot CRM for accurate tracking, supporting deal closures, and ensuring the team meets daily Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for calling, meetings, and sales. - Ensuring the Mexico GTM target is met. - Demonstrating an innovative mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities. In addition to your direct sales responsibilities, you will be expected to engage in cross-functional collaboration by: - Working closely with the R&D team to share client/prospect feedback, propose feature enhancements, and contribute to product evolution. - Assisting in the development and execution of GTM strategies for the Mexico region. - Supporting lead generation activities in collaboration with the marketing team. - Addressing challenges faced by the sales team, acting as a problem solver and enabler. - Coordinating with the Support team for escalations, client retention, issue resolution, and smooth billing operations. - Strengthening customer relationships and retention efforts through proactive engagement. - Collaborating with the Marketing team to organize webinars, exhibitions, and other client engagement activities. Preferred Skills & Qualities: - Fluency in English and Spanish (Optional). - Understanding of the Mexico & USA markets, with prior international exposure. - Possession of a valid US visa (Optional).
