As an Agriculture Sales Manager, your role involves designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market. You will be responsible for identifying emerging markets, monitoring market shifts, and staying updated on new products and competition status. Your key responsibilities include setting, coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives to achieve growth and sales targets successfully. Additionally, you will build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base. - Identify emerging markets and monitor market shifts. - Set, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives. - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales team. - Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs. Qualification Required: - Graduate or PG in Agriculture or a similar field. - Expertise in Agronomy. - 12+ years of experience in Sales Management at a PAN India level. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports, as well as realistic forecasts to the management team. You will own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals. Additionally, you will assist in the development of the sales plan, prepare forecasts, and provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. It is essential to establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally. Please note: You must report to the Head Office in Pune every month for this full-time job position. This job offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
