Area Sales Manager (AGRICULTURE)

· Assisting the Sales Head in the sales operation process.

· Co-ordinating with Cluster Heads on daily basis to drive sales activity.

· Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.

· Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.

· Building strong relationship with the old and new existing customers.

· Providing training sessions to the new team members.

· Maintaining a positive working environment for the employees.

· Following and developing the sales process and effective sales strategies.

· Expanding product and working knowledge through various sales channels.

· Formulate tour plan, travel to different places and build a strong dealers / distributors network.

· Formulate, implement and evaluate the parameters of KPI’s and discuss with the sales team.

· Preparing sales reports on monthly basis.

· Surprize visit to CMD dealers, if required.

· Arranging weekly / monthly meetings.

Location: Durg,Ambikapur,Jagdalpur

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per year
