Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to handle financial planning, accounting, and reporting functions. The role involves maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting audits.


Preferred industry – Mid Size Manufacturing / FMCG / Large retail outlet (Big Bazar/D Mart), real estate developers (Kalptaru, Raheja , Sobha )


Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company transactions.

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist management in financial decision-making through data-driven insights.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies during internal and statutory audits.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial discipline.

Cash Flow & Treasury

  • Monitor daily cash flows and working capital requirements.
  • Manage payments, collections, and banking relationships.
  • Optimize fund utilization and financial risk management.

Other Functions

  • Support ERP/Accounting software implementation and improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost control and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with changes in financial laws and best practices.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

    (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Professional certifications like

    CMA, ACCA, CPA

    are an added advantage.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of

    accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance

    in Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel, SAP, or ERP systems

    .
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
