Accounts & Finance Manager

Role Overview: You will be stepping into the role of a Senior Manager Accounts & Finance at TFarms, a pioneering agritech company focused on revolutionizing the agricultural sector through cutting-edge precision technology and sustainable farming practices. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the financial operations of the Spice processing industry, ensuring financial governance, compliance, cost optimization, and strategic financial planning for sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to facilitate decision-making. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI. - Coordinate with auditors for both statutory and internal audits. - Implement and monitor internal financial controls and systems. - Handle costing and inventory valuation for production and processing units. - Engage with banks and financial institutions for funding and working capital needs. - Provide financial insights and business performance reports to senior management. - Monitor and enhance cash flow, expenses, and profitability. Qualification Required: - Education: CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. - Experience: Minimum 7 years in Accounts & Finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role. - Industry Background: Experience in process industry, preferably agri-processing, herbal extracts, or spice industry. - Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing finance. - Proficiency in ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
