Job Description

As an Accounts & Finance Manager at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities and requirements: Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and revenue records. Your role will also involve preparing and disbursing monthly salaries to staff, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, handling all banking transactions, petty cash, and recording all cash expenses. Additionally, you will be required to maintain ledgers, journals, vouchers, and other accounting documents, as well as preparing financial reports and budgets for the management. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions - Maintain revenue records and reconcile with bank deposits - Prepare and disburse monthly salaries to staff - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.) - Handle all banking transactions, petty cash, and record all cash expenses - Maintain ledgers, journals, vouchers, and other accounting documents - Prepare financial reports and budgets for the management Qualifications Required: - 4 to 5 years of accounting experience in the service industry - Knowledge of accounting software like Tally - Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools - Good communication skills and fluency in English and local languages - Experience in vendor management would be preferred Please send your CV to jobs@theskinclinic.org.in if you are interested in this Full-time, Permanent position.
