Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Manager with a strong background in client servicing, sales, and operational management . This role requires someone highly organized, client-focused, and proactive in managing day-to-day business activities and ensuring smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales. Share quotations, proposals, invoices, and ensure timely client communication. Track project progress, coordinate with creative and technical teams. Handle incoming leads, conduct sales follow-ups, and close new deals when needed. Manage operations on behalf of senior management and ensure delivery timelines. Provide client support and resolve issues or delays in a professional manner. Monitor billing, collections, and ensure proper documentation. Represent Maestloper Media in meetings and client discussions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Operations (preferably in a marketing/creative agency) Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation Proficient in using email, Excel/Sheets, and client CRM tools Leadership qualities with ability to manage multiple departments Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred) Why Join Us?
