Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Manager with a strong background in client servicing, sales, and operational management. This role requires someone highly organized, client-focused, and proactive in managing day-to-day business activities and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales.
• Share quotations, proposals, invoices, and ensure timely client communication.
• Track project progress, coordinate with creative and technical teams.
• Handle incoming leads, conduct sales follow-ups, and close new deals when needed.
• Manage operations on behalf of senior management and ensure delivery timelines.
• Provide client support and resolve issues or delays in a professional manner.
• Monitor billing, collections, and ensure proper documentation.
• Represent Maestloper Media in meetings and client discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Operations (preferably in a marketing/creative agency)
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
• Proficient in using email, Excel/Sheets, and client CRM tools
• Leadership qualities with ability to manage multiple departments
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
