Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Lead Senior Manager

Skills Required: RTR-GPO

Total Experience: 16 - 22 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

End-to-End RTR GPO Ownership:
Own and optimize the global Record to Report process across GL, journals, fixed assets, intercompany, reconciliations, consolidation, and statutory/management reporting.
Close Optimization & Controllership:
Drive global close transformation through close calendar standardization, touchless close, journal reduction, balance sheet substantiation, and variance analytics to improve speed and accuracy.
RTR Process Optimization & Automation:
Lead Lean/Six Sigma–based process optimization and automation (RPA, BlackLine/Trintech, SAP FCC) to improve efficiency, controls, and data quality.
Controls, Compliance & Risk:
Govern RTR control frameworks including SOX, ICFR, audit readiness, and statutory compliance; partner with Audit to remediate risks and strengthen governance.
Stakeholder & Performance Governance:
Act as global RTR authority, partnering with Controllers, GBS, and IT; own RTR KPIs, governance forums, and adoption of standardized processes.
