Role & responsibilities

TDS Compliance

• Monthly preparation of TDS workings and timely payment across

  PAN India locations

  .
• Quarterly filing of

  TDS returns

  ensuring statutory compliance.

GST Compliance

• Monthly preparation of

  GST workings

  and payment for PAN India operations.
• Monthly filing of

  GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B

  returns.
• Annual filing of

  GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C

  .
• Preparation and coordination of

  GST notice replies

  in consultation with tax consultants.

Fixed Assets & Accounting

• Maintenance of the

  Fixed Asset Register

  .
• Monthly calculation and posting of

  depreciation entries

  in the books of accounts.

Head Office Accounting

• Handling

  HO accounting activities

  , including booking of expenses and related accounting entries.
• Supporting periodic closing and reconciliation activities as required.

Handling statutory audit

• Assist in conduct of statutory audits

  under the Companies Act and other applicable laws
• Assist in

  preparation of audit working papers, schedules

  and documentation
• Support management in

  responding to audit findings and observations

Assisting in handling income tax assessments

• Assist tax consultants in preparation

  of replies and arrangement of documents to notices

  issued under the Income-tax Act.

• Coordinate

  with internal departments/clients to obtain timely and accurate information
• Track assessment timelines, notices, and compliance deadline.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-7 years of relevant experience

  in handling Income tax, Statutory Audit,

  TDS and GST compliances

  on a PAN India basis.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a

  fast-paced environment
