The Manager – Accounts & Finance is responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, cash flow and fund flow management. The role ensures compliance with ROC, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements while maintaining strong financial controls and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and maintenance of books of accounts
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Mange financing by maintaining liaso with financial bodies

2. ROC & Statutory Compliance

• Handle ROC compliances including filing of AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DIR-3 KYC, ADT-1, PAS-3, and other statutory returns
• Maintain statutory registers and corporate records
• Coordinate with Company Secretaries and auditors for ROC matters
• Ensure timely compliance with Companies Act and other regulatory requirements

3. Income Tax & GST Compliance

• Prepare and review Income Tax returns, tax computations, and advance tax workings
• Handle assessments, notices, and communications with Income Tax authorities
• Manage GST compliances, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation
• Monitor and ensure accurate Input Tax Credit (ITC) utilization and reversals
• Resolve GST mismatches and ensure compliance with GST laws

4. Cash Flow & Fund Flow Management

• Prepare and monitor cash flow and fund flow statements
• Forecast cash requirements and manage working capital
• Ensure optimal utilization of funds and liquidity management
• Coordinate with banks for cash management, loans, and credit facilities

5. Audit & Internal Controls

• Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and GST audits
• Ensure implementation of strong internal controls and SOPs
• Address audit observations and implement corrective actions

6. Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Track budget variances and recommend corrective measures
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making

7. Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and supervise accounts and finance team
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Provide financial insights and reports to senior management

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
• Strong hands-on experience in ROC, Income Tax, GST, and ITC management

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws
• Expertise in cash flow & fund flow management
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Analytical, leadership, and compliance-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,928.38 - ₹60,776.98 per month
