Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our client network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and following up on sales inquiries with design consultants, civil contractors, government agencies, and other builders. This role requires extensive travel and minimal time in the office, as the Sales Manager is expected to actively engage with potential clients, schedule meetings, and build long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and MEP sectors. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including design consultants, civil contractors, government agencies, and real estate developers. Follow up on inquiries, schedule meetings, and negotiate contracts with potential clients. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and build a strong client database. Continuously seek new contacts and expand the company’s network within the industry. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience ,preferably in the construction or MEP industry. Candidates from other industries with exceptional sales skills will also be considered. Strong existing network and contacts in the construction sector are highly preferred. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple clients. Willingness to travel extensively and spend minimal time in the office. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
