Bakery Manager

We are hiring a Bakery Production Manager to oversee the entire production process of breads, croissants, cookies, and other bakery products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in overseeing the entire baking process, ensuring efficient and high-quality production while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand, optimizing workflow, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Maintain product quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.
• Train and lead the bakery production team.
• Monitor raw material usage and control wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in bakery production, preferably in FMCG or large-scale retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of bakery machinery and production processes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,317.19 - ₹70,571.41 per month
