Job Description :-
Lead Operations: Oversee all bakery outlets, central kitchens, and support teams.
* Drive Excellence: Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, hygiene, and brand standards.
* Innovate & Collaborate: Work with Supply Chain, QA, and R&D to drive quality, cost, and speed.
* Mentor Teams: Manage and develop our store teams.
* Grow the Business: Lead outlet expansion, new launches, and retrofits
Experience required :- 10+ years in F&B operations, with at least 5 years in bakery, QSR, or café chains.
* Proven success managing 25+ stores.
* Strong understanding of bakery production, display management, and FOH service models.
* Excellent data analysis and a sharp eye for detail.
