Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Bakery Manager. The Bakery Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily bakery operations, including supervising baking processes, ensuring food safety, managing inventory, and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, the Bakery Manager will handle customer service needs, coordinate with the team effectively, and ensure that the bakery meets production and sales goals. The role will also involve implementing efficient workflows and fostering a positive work environment to support the bakery's growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Bakery and Baking, with a strong understanding of techniques and recipes.
• Knowledge of Food Safety standards and the ability to implement and maintain compliance.
• Proficiency in Inventory Control and supply chain management for bakery operations.
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for patrons and clients.
• Experience in team management, problem-solving, and operations coordination is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in culinary arts, baking, or management-related fields is advantageous.
