Job Title: Head Bakery Chef   Reports to: Cafe Manager or Executive Chef   Location: Andheri west off Veera Desai Road   Job Summary: Head Bakery Chef in ATW Foods Pvt Ltd   We're seeking an experienced and skilled Head Bakery Chef to lead our bakery team and oversee the production of high-quality baked goods, pastries, and desserts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a keen sense of creativity, and excellent leadership skills. The Head Bakery Chef will be responsible for managing the bakery team, developing new recipes, and ensuring that all baked goods meet the cafe's high standards of quality and presentation.   Key Responsibilities:            Leadership and Team Management: -       Lead and manage a team of bakery staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality production. -       Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration. -       Recipe Development and Innovation: -       Develop new and innovative recipes for baked goods, pastries, and desserts. -       Experiment with new ingredients, techniques, and presentation styles to stay ahead of trends.         Production and Quality Control: -       Oversee the production of baked goods, ensuring high-quality products that meet cafe standards. -       Monitor inventory, manage waste, and optimize production to minimize costs. -       Menu Planning and Merchandising: -       Collaborate with the cafe team to develop menus and promotions that showcase bakery products. -       Create visually appealing displays and merchandising strategies to drive sales.        Food Safety and Sanitation: -       Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. -       Implement and maintain high standards of food handling, storage, and disposal.     Requirements:   Education and Experience:    - Degree or diploma in baking and pastry arts or a related field.    - Minimum 5 years of experience in a bakery or cafe environment, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
