Kitchen & Production Operations Manager – Cheese Cake Republic 📍 Location: Mumbai – Goregaon | 🕒 Full-time About Us Cheese Cake Republic is a growing dessert brand focused on delivering consistent, high-quality cheesecakes. We are looking for a Kitchen & Production Operations Manager to take full ownership of production operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality across our kitchen setup. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule daily/weekly production to meet demand efficiently. Manage inventory and raw material supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations. Enforce strict quality control across all products. Supervise, train, and monitor kitchen staff performance. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI and other regulations). Control kitchen costs, track budgets, and minimize wastage. Oversee maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance reports. Coordinate customer feedback inputs to improve processes and consistency. Requirements 3–5 years’ experience in food production, bakery, QSR, or hospitality kitchen operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements. Hands-on experience in production scheduling and cost control.
