A Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a cafe, which includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. The Cafe Manager is expected to motivate staff to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth functioning, and providing excellent customer service. Maintain Sales and Sales Process. Observe the CAFÉ and Café Operations very Carefully Should be able to do team meetings and operate cafe. Handle a Pressure & be able to lead a team at busy hours. Ensure all tasks/checklists are carried out as per the SOPS. Should know all the systems Very well, POS, Delivery system etc. Maintain and Addressing Online Complaints Hiring, training, and supervising cafe staff, including baristas and Service Associate staff. Ordering supplies such as coffee, milk, and snacks, as needed. They also take inventory of cafe supplies and order new stock. Monitoring daily expenses and revenues, maintaining updated records, and ensuring expenses are within budget.  Maintain Cash Counter and CASH List Maintain The Floor Very Well with Proper Addressing the Café Requirement Addressing customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.  Ensuring all cafe areas are clean and tidy. Making duty schedules and ensuring correct staffing in all departments at all time Timely Maintenance & repairs of all equipment's and fixtures Ordering, requisitions and correct receiving procedures Filling and sending all check lists, daily, weekly and monthly reports/Summary Sheets Maintain stock levels. Implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability Should be in proper touch with Kitchen team and resolve conflicts Any Non Avaibility of Items should be message ASAP and Convey to the senior and kitchen Manager Liaising with management on operations and upcoming holidays/events Updating ordering sheets periodically to maintain optimum stock Maintain Grooming Standards In Café Take Proper Everyday Briefing with the FOH & BOH Staff Maintain All Rules & Regulations regarding café every department Always be in touch with FOH & BOH also in Backend Team When Required Requirements:   Strong leadership and communication skills Should know The Nerve of the Café what is happening in his presence or absence. Should have good control and command over his team Knowledge of food health and safety regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic math skills and business acumen. High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in hospitality or business management being advantageous. Flexibility to work during opening hours, including weekends and holiday.
