Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders. * Identify sales opportunities and generate leads within the electricals category. * Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. * Coordinate and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. * Collaborate with the sales team, ensuring timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction. * Work closely with the sales coordinator team to ensure smooth order processing, shipment tracking,and resolving customer queries. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings * Monitor sales targets and ensure achievement of individual and team sales goals. * Provide support for product demonstrations, presentations, and other customer engagement activities. * Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. * Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and challenges.
