They also support kitchen staff and ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. Dishwashing: They operate and maintain dishwashing machines. Inventory Management: KSTs assist in maintaining an organized inventory of kitchen supplies and dishware. Support to Kitchen Staff: They support cooks and other kitchen staff by assisting with tasks like restocking and preparing food. Waste Disposal: KSTs properly dispose of waste.
