The candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, along with a proven track record in agricultural product marketing and sales management.

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Sales Head to lead our marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, driving product sales, and enhancing brand visibility within the agricultural and spice extract industry. This role encompasses overseeing both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, building and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring sustainable business growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed market research and analysis for spice extracts and masala products.
  • Institutionalize B2B Sales tie ups.
  • Identify current trends, consumer behavior, and opportunities in the condiments/spices category.
  • Develop and execute strategies for product launches and market expansion.
  • Analyze and benchmark existing brand performance and competitor strategies.
  • Design and execute marketing feedback collection initiatives to evaluate existing brand perception.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to inform strategic decisions.

Qualification:

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field .
  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the spice, turmeric or food processing sector.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the spice industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

CTC: 4.0 LPA to 12.0 LPA ( On basis of skill based experience)
