The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep, hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, a strong understanding of compliance (ESIC & PF), and a talent for non-IT recruitment.
· Manage the offer process, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
· Drive the complete onboarding and induction for all new joiners at the plant.
· Prepare and manage all HR documentation (appointment letters, confirmation letters, exit documents).
· Handle the full and final settlement process for exiting employees.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o High level of ownership, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
