Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Pune. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, and facilitating effective communication between employees and management. Responsibilities include overseeing HR management processes, supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating onboarding programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with employment regulations and labor laws is an advantage
• Previous experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position is a plus
