Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. The role requires regularly meeting potential clients, pitching Dr Mantra's services, and representing the brand at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in identifying new business opportunities and client relationship management
• Proficiency in developing and implementing growth strategies
• Experience in negotiating deals and contracts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams for project execution
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
