Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Indore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring they are achieved. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and reporting on sales performance. The Sales Manager will also work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and managing a sales team
• Strong understanding of developing and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
