Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing business strategies, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields
• Strong market research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Salary - 30k to 40k PM
