Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Bengaluru. The HR Generalist will manage the day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining compliance with HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting the administration of HR strategies. Key responsibilities include driving employee engagement initiatives, managing hiring processes, handling benefits administration, and providing guidance on HR matters to employees and leadership.
