Job Description

Position: Human Resources Executive Location: Vadodara No. of Vacancy(ies): 01 Required Skills Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole and to improve the employee experience Ensure legal compliance and update policies and/or procedures as required Be a bridge between the Management and the Employees Read More Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates Offer proactive recruiting assistance (Written Test, Interviews and Psychometric Test) Prepare Employment Contracts Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance Prepare termination and severance letters Exit Interviews Give Forum to Employees Resolve the issues with minimum intervention from the Management Maintain optimum description Punch-In and Punch-Out Leave Card and System Updates Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations Implement and administer employee policies Support the management in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience Identify ways to improve policies and procedures Support in creating a positive and nurturing environment Arrange monthly/bimonthly employee activities Support in T&D Activities Keep a lookout for external skill development programs Send Birthday and Work anniversary e-cards Organize Festive Celebrations and Annual Award Ceremonies Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies Skills and Qualifications: Master/Bachelors degree in HR, business, or a related field 1-2 years of experience Knowledge of how an advertising agency works is a plus Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies Advanced knowledge of MS Office and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience working in an HR department Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset Read Less Show more Show less
