Job Description

As an HR Executive based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. You will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues efficiently. Additionally, you will play a key role in performance management, ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal regulations. Coordination of training sessions and employee development programs will also be part of your responsibilities. In this full-time role with a work arrangement that includes office-based work from Monday to Friday and permanent work from home on Saturdays, it is essential to possess your own laptop for seamless operations. Your duties will involve maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation, supporting benefits and compensation administration, and planning engaging employee activities. Furthermore, you will be expected to prepare HR reports, analyze data, and contribute to the enhancement of employee engagement. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with prior internship experience in HR. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Your interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to collaborate effectively, and discretion in handling sensitive situations will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations.,
