Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive located on-site in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and facilitating employee relations. The role involves daily tasks such as overseeing recruitment processes, handling employee queries, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Executive will also be responsible for performance management, employee engagement, and maintaining personnel records.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates
  • Manage offer letters, background checks, and employee documentation
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth induction for new hires

🔹 HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases (physical and digital)
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and certificates as required
  • Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Support in HR audits and ensure statutory compliance

🔹 Employee Engagement & Support

  • Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and assist in follow-up action plans

🔹 Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and practices are up to date and compliant with labor laws
  • Help enforce disciplinary procedures and grievance redressal
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive data


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Broad knowledge in Human Resources (HR)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
