Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive located on-site at our New Delhi office(Netaji Subhash Place). The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and supervising overall HR management. The role includes daily interaction with employees, resolving HR issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and overall Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the tech and branding industry is a plus
