We are seeking an entry-level Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, creating web content, and analyzing web performance. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
📲 CRM & Retention Campaigns
Assist in planning and executing WhatsApp, SMS, and Email campaigns for customer retention, engagement, and upselling.
Build and manage customer journeys to improve post-purchase experiences and drive repeat purchases.
Identify and support the implementation of upsell and cross-sell opportunities on the website to increase Average Order Value (AOV).
Coordinate with internal teams to set up effective product recommendations and offers.
Assist in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns under guidance.
Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and suggest basic optimizations to improve ROI.
Research and coordinate social media collaborations and brand partnerships focused on driving sales or building awareness.
Support influencer outreach and partnership management to grow brand visibility.
Regularly track CRM campaigns, website sales patterns, and ad performance.
Prepare reports and analyze data to identify key insights and growth opportunities.
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing (internships and freelance projects are valid).
Basic working knowledge of WhatsApp, SMS, and Email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with Google Sheets/Excel.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Exposure to D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
Experience working with Shopify or similar platforms.
